  • Video Content: If you participate in our "Vibe Check" program, we collect and store the video content you create or that we produce for you.
  • Patient Intake Data: If you are a prospective patient, we collect your contact information, insurance details (specifically HMSA status), and specific reasons for seeking therapy to facilitate a match.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect information on how you access and use the Site, such as pages viewed, time spent on pages, and click-through rates.
  • Device Data: Information about your computer or mobile device, including IP address, browser type, and operating system.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Facilitate Matches: Analyze clinician profiles and patient needs to generate evidence-informed compatibility matches.
  • Communication: Contact you regarding your application, matches, or intake summaries.
  • Service Improvement: Analyze trends to improve our matching algorithm (clinical vector) and website functionality.
  • Marketing: Use data (such as that collected via the Facebook Pixel) to deliver targeted advertising and assess the performance of our marketing campaigns.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:

  • With Matching Parties:
    • Clinicians: Patient intake summaries are shared with potential clinician matches to accept or decline the referral.
    • Patients: Clinician profiles and "Vibe Check" videos are shared with prospective patients.
  • Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors who perform services for us (e.g., cloud hosting via Vercel, video hosting, email delivery).
  • Legal Obligations: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Third-Party Tools and Analytics

  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel to track conversion from our ads on Facebook/Instagram. This tool may collect data about your browsing behavior on our Site and send it to Meta. You can adjust your Facebook ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
