Apply to join Breakthrough’s therapist network

Joining and participating in the network is free — no membership fees, no subscription, and no credit card required. Beginning August 27, 2026, the only charge is the Care Start fee described in our Terms of Service: $30 for each week of onboarding we deliver, up to four weeks and a maximum of $120 per match, billed once after the four-week window closes and only for the weeks we delivered.

No fee applies to a client matched with you before August 27, 2026, and no fee ever applies to a client whose care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid (including QUEST Integration), TRICARE, or another federal health care program. From that date, Care Start will be part of every commercial and cash-pay match, so a therapist who has not accepted its terms will not be matched to those clients — federal-payer matches stay open to everyone, at no charge.
